- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Since I am new to Thumbtack I am offered a 10% on all bookings for the first 5 customers! My pricing reflects the quality of my work, the equipment I have to offer, and my experience in the field. Depending on the gig details, prices vary, but I can always work with a customer to tailor a package to work with a their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
However I am contacted, whether it’s through my social media platform, my website or a personal connection, my first step when working with a new customer is always establishing the exact details of the shoot, so we are both on the same page and there isn’t any confusion. Between then and the shoot date, we will continue to touch base, so I have an idea of what exactly is expected from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal education, but I did attend numerous filmmaking and photography workshops when I was living in NYC. Also, practice makes perfect, over the last five years I was able to learn from my mistakes and hone in on my skills.
