- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the individual, their budget and also traveling. Those are the reasons that gives me a perfect opportunity to as much as possible to personally call the client to ask those questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The general process for myself is to first call the client and ask any questions that needs to be address. And within those questions we would come up with a vision for the project. Then we'll go over the boring task of contracts. And then on to the fun portion....the recording then the editing and afterwards it will be delivered via electronically.
