We had a great experience working with Blue Hippo Restoration, they helped us the moment we called them until our house was restored due to water damage. We experienced water damage during the holidays and it was a tough experience for our family. The kitchen and two other rooms were needing big repairs. We hired Blue Hippo and Khaled helped us navigate through it all. He assured we had the crew we needed working right away to get things back the way they were . They were all very professional and timely which meant a lot as we were balancing work and home.

Pricing will be determined upon inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out and inspect the damages, measure the areas need to be assessed and send out a free quote or file a claim with their insurance if they want to file an insurance claim.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all our techs and keep them trained on a monthly basis and we are certified by IICRC for Water & Fire damage.
