- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are often paid by insurance. We can provide an estimate upfront for your specific situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's an emergency, we go ASAP. Otherwise, we start with a call to learn more about the problem, the history of the home, etc. Oftentimes an inspection is needed next. If insurance is involved, we can meet your adjuster and provide detailed documentation before beginning our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Jacob, is a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant and is certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation with the IICRC. Additional qualifications include Asbestos Building Inspector, Bacteria Sampling, FAA Remote Pilot, Roof Damage Assessments, etc.
