These guys are great! Came quick, mitigated the water damaged area and were really affordable! They even re-constructed, textured and painted the area that was previously damaged. For some reason the other companies that came out said they only mitigate and not re-construct.

So these folks are legit! I messaged them about our situation and they came out that same afternoon. The guy has been honest and upfront, he has had to take out multiple places in the house we just bought, and his price is incredibly reasonable. Especially since it was all in the same day. Needless to say no one WANTS to have to have this kind of work done in their home, however working with them has been nothing but plesent.
All of the spots were some how covered put by the previous owners, and come to find you the damage was extensive. The only reason we found out the extent of things was because he has been so thorough!

Austin is very respectful and attentive to details. They did a good job fixing our sheetrock from a water leakage for a reasonable price. He is easy to deal with, always follow through to make sure you are satisfied of their work.

A+ Home Services came out to fix our water damaged celing, door frames, base boards and wooden flooring last year. They also did the repairs and painting. They did an excellent job. The crew were very professional and they completed everything quickly knowing that we were stressed out with the water disaster we had. We called them out for a second time on January 9th, 2023 for other repairs to our ceiling and for some painting work. They again did an amazing job. Austin really took a lot of trouble to make sure everything went well and his pricing is really reasonable. They even managed to so some really good plumbing work and saved my antique faucets. They are a trustworthy company and I totally recommend this company and Austin for any repairs to your home.

We offer discounted prices to customers with high deductables. A+ is like our name, affordable.
When an emergency hits the smartest thing to do is to take care of the problem correctly. Most people don't have thousands to burn and A+ will give an affordable
price, "guaranteed".We offer free assessments
so when an A+ technician comes out to your home, we give an accurate price for requested service. Our Home Services division can offer a direct price sometimes but A+ will always like to assess first, so we don't overcharge or give a price without having exact measurements and true scope of job.
Our service price:
•Tile install :$3.25 per sf 500 sf minimum.
•Vent and Duct cleaning : $19.00 per
•AC Unit cleaning :$500.00 1st unit
•2cd Unit 1/2 off (other specials applied)
•Carpet cleaning: 6 rooms $150
•Drywall Install : $2.50per sf -500sf minimum
• Wood floor install: 4.00 per sf 500 sf minimum
•Laminate Installation $3.00 per sf 500 sf min.
Our flooring removal cost:
Any type of flooring- $2.00 per sf
