I had a great experience with this company during a stressful water overflow situation. They were very kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I can’t say enough positive things about HCR. My upstairs bathroom flooded our kitchen below. HCR responded immediately and was able to assess and remediate the issue within a couple of hours, which no doubt helped prevent the problem from worsening. The whole family was wonderful to work with on all fronts - trust worthy, fair value, and (most importantly) knew what they were doing! I had waterdamage under my bathroom sink and tried two other companies first, but neither followed up with an estimate.
