I am usually iffy about letting workers into my dads house because he lives alone and it takes a lot for him to get up and down but Mr. Sam and his crew of young men were very respectful of him and his limited physical abilities. They were very informative and considerate, my father has heart problems and they took the time to completely seal up the room so that it was safe for him while they got the job done and while the equipment was airing everything out. They left his place in better condition than it was before and it is such a relief that there were no issues. He has had issues with other companies in the past doing a sloppy job. Thank you to the whole crew that worked for him.

Our house was flooded back in December. It flooded the whole first floor and during that time we were not at home. We called the insurance to report the flooding incident and within 2 hours, the pure clean team responded and reached out to us. The pure clean team led by Shawn and Sam came over to our house to assess the damage. From there the pure clean team made a plan to help restore and rebuild the first floor of our home. We chose the pure clean team to rebuild our first floor and our experience with them was the utmost best. From the team that helped managed the project, to the each of the individual members who played a role in rebuild the first floor were amazing. Seans team, to name a few, like Felipe and Eduardo, were very efficient and helpful in providing us their recommendation with their knowledge. Everything was not stressful while working with them and the house after the restoration and rebuild has surpassed our expectations. Our house is gorgeous after the flooding with their work. If we were to renovate in the future, we highly recommend the pure cleanteam. Thank you to Shawn Sam and the rest of the team for a wonderful experience.

My experience with Puro Clean has been amazing. Coming home to a major water loss in my home was devastating to say the least. My damage is considered a large loss. I was out of town and when I made it back to my home, I was greeted by (amazing Sam) the gentleman in charge of the medigation part. His concern for me and my property put me ease immediately. He got his team working fast to pull out everything wet. That first day was very important and Sam was organized along with his crew Hunter, Logan and Andrew. Every staff member was on point and very kind to me. They all had my best interest at heart. They promptly removed all wet debris and set up tons of fans and dehumidifiers. Their process took them about 7 days to get my house completely dried out and ready for rebuild. They always arrived early each day Another key factor to my calmness was the owner Shawn Ernest!! He was in charge of getting all the details and spent days documenting and many 360 videos for proof of damage. Shawn did a very thorough job putting my mind at ease assuring me that my house would be put back the exact same way with the same quality of upgrades that I had originally had when my home was built. Your home is you biggest investment and place you call . I have been getting through this tragedy very well because of Sam, Shawn. Hunter, Logan, Andrew and I am a few more staff members that I may have forgotten to mention. I would highly recommend Puro Clean. Debbie

PuroClean was very professional, prompt and trustworthy. I called them at the last minute and they were able to come and clean the area needed. Sean and his team did a fantastic job and even removed a stain that they were not sure they could get out. Would definitely call them again. Thanks
