Have hired this company twice now.
Once when my dishwasher turned traitor and overflowed, soaking my kitchen cabinets.
The second time was when a poorly installed AC drained away form the drip-pan and and soaked the through the ceiling and into the floor of the spare bedroom.
Both times Shawn and Brittany were at my house in a matter of hours. They removed the destroyed material and set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything else out.
They had all of the equipment necessary to not only mitigate the issue, but to ensure that everything is actually dry. Just because it looks dry, does not mean that it is. They have the equipment and knowhow to be certain.
They are a very knowledgeable and capable pair, They are the ones that you want there helping you when the bad things happen.

Puroclean went above and beyond helping us with some stubborn pet stains in our carpets. Seeing the process and having them explain why it’s important to do things in a certain order and not cut corners, showed me they truly cared. I think anyone would be happy with their services.
