- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is either billed by a set hourly price if applicable. For others they are billed by the equipment being left at job and for days being left at job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to meet the customer and come up with a game plan that will work for both parties without compromising the quality of the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC certified in the Drying and Cleaning portions of my business. Also have over 15yrs of experience in Packing and Moving customers. We have taken care of the complete turn around in this aspect making sure only one company is liable for any damages if any and the blame can not be put on another company. This allows us to take care of each customers home and belongings as if they were our own.
