When we set on having a water filter system to avoid the destructive and unhealthy harsh chemical and calcium buildup in our water supply line from the city street, we decided to support our local small business. So, we declined multiple water system offers from big-name businesses, and we called Clean Water Solutions (CWS), a woman-owned small business in Houston. We do not regret and we are happy with our decision. We have a commercial high-quality water filtering and softener system at a competitive and reasonable cost for parts and labor.We ran into some delays and setbacks during the installation phase of the project caused by, mostly the complexity of our situation: not the usual standard and simple single-family domicile, but a multiple-family residence tangled with an old irrigation system with its separate city meter.Fortunately, team Cindy at CWS came to the 'rescue' with solutions and understanding at every turn: from pushing the parts vendor to changing her water plumbing solutions promptly to adapt to the complexity of our situation. In our case, we found that the experience of team CWS is a tremendous asset in getting the right solution at the right cost for the customers.Also, don't forget to ask for Clint to be your installer and tech guy. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional and he can think out of the box. Without exaggeration, he saved us thousands of dollars in the long run with his original idea of the placement of our water system. It is esthetically pleasing, cost-effective, and fully protected from the damage and destruction of Nature elements in the future.We are happy campers and highly recommend CWS and Clint without hesitation.Thuba & Daniel

Highly recommend Cindy with CWS! She made this experience smooth and easy. She personally came out to meet our needs and provided us with the best option. Her customer service was amazing! Clint came out and took care of all the installation and briefed me on our new system. We went with the two tank system and reverse osmosis, and absolutely love it! Dont look elsewhere, call Clean Water Solutions.
