We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every home is different, so pricing depends on the size of the home, water usage, and the solution selected. We offer free water testing, financing options with approved credit, and occasional promotional offers to help homeowners get the system they need at an affordable monthly payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free in-home water test and consultation. After reviewing the results and discussing the customer’s concerns, we recommend the best solution for their home and budget. Once approved, we schedule installation, walk the customer through system operation, and remain available for ongoing support and maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives ongoing training in water treatment technologies, system design, installation best practices, and customer education. We stay current on industry standards and local water conditions to ensure we recommend the most effective solutions for our customers.
