Hi! We are SoftH2O! We specialize in Water Treatment Installation! We are family owned and operated. We have been installing water treatment systems for 17 years!! We love every bit of it! We love providing quality installation, affordable pricing, and education four potential customers. My husband and I started this journey together years ago after we had our son. Through the great support of our customers I have been able to work from home and care for our children. The picture above is our daughter who Is usually right along the journey with us! We pride ourselves in having great pride in what we do, customer service and quality! We have over a decade of experience. Paul is a Class III Water Treatment Specialist with exceptional customer service. His license allows us to treat water, service, and install water purification systems. In the state of Texas you must have this license to provide these services. We are very knowledgeable and educate our customers on water treatment. We take great pride in my work and make sure everything is installed within code. We enjoy helping people financially therefore we charge very reasonable prices. Let us take care of you! SoftH20 is family owned company and is specialized in Water Treatment Solutions. I reached out to a number of companies but what separated them from others was Candace's resposnivess, professionalism and being able to answer tehnical questions both about the product and the installation process itself (and believe me those were a long list of questions as I did my homework!). I simply had to send some pictures for her to evaluate the labor and materials within 30 mins. Her estimate was not the lowest among the 5-6 quotes I took both from established plumbing companies and small businesses but she left no stone unturned in explaining the value of the work I will be getting and all this she did sitting 200 miles from me through text. I am a Professional Engineer myself and I could tell how confident she is of her company's work and products she installs. I also did my research on the Shell brand independently and was validated her statements and had no doubts choosing her company. Derrick came to install and was right on time. He worked throughout the day for over 10 hours alone installing a loop line, digging under buried roots, laying pipes and even found an intlligent solution for my sewer line. He had the right equipments and above all dedication to complete the work at the promised qualiy and time. He primed the system after install, loaded salt and retested the water to demonstrate that the system is working. At the end of the day when he was done, I had soft water coming out of my taps (and this is a place with 12 GPG+ hardness). I have no hesitation referring Soft H20 and specifically Candace's management and Derrick's skills and work ethic. They have earned customer for life here. Thank you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to our customers to fid out exactly what they are looking for. We will Provide education and help make a decision based on budget and targeting problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Class III water treatment specialist that runs our installation crews and all of our guys have been trained for at least 2 years. Its so important to have educated guys installing your equipment. If they don’t understand the process of water treatment then how can they understand the installation?
