FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run a fair and low priced option. We do not bump up prices in neighborhoods that look like they can afford more. We treat everyone fairly and will provide the absolutely lowest price as possible, and give options that to suit your needs. We do not have ongoing fees, service plans, etc. We feel that a product should be able to be relatively free of service and if there's a problem, we like to fix that ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with doing a site survey. We take a look at plumbing, location, aesthetics, etc. We discuss what your needs are, what your family unit looks like along with the building that the system(s) will be used in. Most of the time, we can provide no surprise pricing, right on the spot. Afterwards, we arrange for the equipment to be delivered and then have one of our experts install. Clean water is available immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this since 1988, and still with the same leadership. We have engineers (mostly Aggies, if this helps or turns you orange), system designers, installation specialists design the system to be installed, working with the representative if necessary. Precise information is given whenever requested. Our people go through annual training program of approximately 12 hours to 18 hours, as well as training weekly.
