- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standardized package pricing system. The main differing components however, is the time spent shooting, the number of sessions and the number of products. All of my packages go through the same high standard of shooting and editing. I also do customized packages in case we need to make any adjustments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all begins the moment I speak with you. Our personal consultation is conversational in the beginning, but I like to dig a bit deeper. If I understand you well, then I understand the things that are most important to you. That's an advantage I have going into your event or project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Communications, worked for a newspaper as a writer and photographer. I even worked in corporate America. My life experiences have contributed to my craft in so many ways.
