Jose was prompt and the job was performed well. His attention to detail inside and outside on my windows was great. He even pointed out a few items that needed to be addressed which I was unaware of and helped me secure my gutters. He's got my business going forward.

Jose did a fabulous job. He spent hours to make sure every screen, solar screen, tracks, window clean throughly. Jose used the filtered water brush and hose that worked very well. I am very pleased and already scheduled the next cleaning. You will be happy with Jose's work integrity and quality of work he does. Fabulous!

Although cleaning windows is his main forte, Jose did an outstanding job of cleaning our gutters. He was the ultimate professional, even doing a couple of “extra” things to ensure that the gutters and gutter guards would function as they should. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. With that said, I will do everything in my power to agree on a fair price with anyone interested in my cleaning services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary goal from the start to finish is customer satisfaction and it all starts with good communication. Upon warmly greeting the customer I begin by laying out the cleaning process and address any questions they may have. After completion of the work I give the customer an overview of what was accomplished and invite them to provide any feedback about my services. This allows me to continuously improve my business.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Clean windows are a great way of enhancing a homes beauty and ambiance. Since home improvement & interior design are two of my favorite hobbies, window cleaning was a natural transition for me because it allows me to contribute to a homes beauty.
