All good. The previous handyman tried to caulk the windows, but it did not work, despite a quality caulking job. AJ recommended the full window replacement due to incorrect installation by the previous owner. So far, no leaks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small glass business. We do not have a lot of overhead so we can offer you some cheaper prices than the big name companies for the same work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you and either give a bid by phone or set up an appointment to come out and give you a free estimate. Sometimes we can come out and do the job right then.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the glass industry for 20+ years. I started actually making the glass then moved up to installation.
