- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are priced based on scope, complexity, and readiness of the organization. Grant writing and grant readiness support are professional services and require a minimum engagement of $2,500. We do not offer discounts, contingency-based pricing, or “pay-if-funded” arrangements. Pricing is discussed after an initial review to ensure the service is the right fit.

Clients provide required documents and background information, and we handle research, writing, and revisions based on funder guidelines. Communication is structured and professional to ensure clarity and efficiency throughout the engagement.

My background is in Information Technology Systems, and I am an AWS-Certified Solutions Architect with professional experience as a DevOps Engineer. This work requires precision, compliance alignment, and detailed documentation—skills that directly translate to nonprofit funding work. I apply this structured, compliance-driven approach to nonprofit setup, grant readiness, grant writing, and sponsorship development, helping organizations align with funder guidelines, eligibility requirements, and reporting standards. This ensures funding efforts are strategic, organized, and sustainable.
