Yoga came into my life after an injury I received at the gym. What a gift it has been.
Now with over 1,000 hours of teaching, a studio & studying in India, I am so grateful.
My style of teaching is Hatha Yoga although I enjoy sharing Vinyasa & Yin. Yoga touches the body, mind & spirit in special ways.
Yoga truly is for everyone.
The name "Unleash Yoga" is two-fold.
First, is to Unleash the judgements & expectations that we've put on ourselves. Second, begin to allow your true self to Unleash as you reconnect to your body through breath & movement. Nicole came to our office to do a one-off yoga class. We had a group of mixed abilities and Nicole was great at providing options depending on your level. She was very warm and engaging and it was a very soothing experience. We worked hard and enjoyed ending with the chimes and the rain stick - very relaxing! I would highly recommend Nicole for yoga practice. Her experience and love for yoga make her an exceptional instructor.

Nicole is a very high-level yoga instructor with lots of experience. That's what we were looking for so we are very happy to have found her. She facilitates an authentic and spiritual environment and we just love starting our Saturday morning with her.

Very professional teacher with an excellent program that addresses all parts of yoga; including positions (asanas), breadth work, meditation, and the integration of all into the practice. Highly recommend!!
