Yoga came into my life after an injury I received at the gym. What a gift it has been. Now with over 1,000 hours of teaching, a studio & studying in India, I am so grateful. My style of teaching is Hatha Yoga although I enjoy sharing Vinyasa & Yin. Yoga touches the body, mind & spirit in special ways. Yoga truly is for everyone. The name "Unleash Yoga" is two-fold. First, is to Unleash the judgements & expectations that we've put on ourselves. Second, begin to allow your true self to Unleash as you reconnect to your body through breath & movement.
