Introduction: Yoga is my life & I love sharing the practice with everyone I can. My style of teaching is Hatha Yoga with a focus on breath & proper alignment. Currently I teach at a Behavioral Hospital, Meditation & Yoga. Although I have over 400 hours of Certified Yoga Teacher Training, I am also certified in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapy for young & mature adults of all walks of life.
The name "Unleash Yoga" is two-fold. First, is to Unleash the judgements & expectations that we've put on ourselves. Second, begin to allow yourself Unleash as you reconnect to your body through breath & movement. Yoga unites mind, body & breath.
