Introduction: I do very specific mobile massage treatments based on condition and client goals. I focus on more than the entire body. I focus on specific muscles/fascia or groups of muscles that are included in a pain pattern, dysfunctionally knotted up or compressed tightly together with other tissues and pulling on the bone structure, putting pressure on the spine and joints, causing postural distortions/muscle imbalances, joint pain, range of motion reduction, muscle weakness due to restriction and lack of blood flow, and soft tissue functional (poor performing muscle contractions that decrease muscle performance) concerns. I get to the root of the problem by assessing you functionally. I assess your entire gait. I also am very good at understanding where your problems are based on activity/sport (Understanding of faulty movement patterns & overuse injuries). I can help decrease your pain, keep you're chronic pain (if any) at a minimal, increase you're athletic performance and balance, and decrease you're chances of injuries (specifically tears & pulls).
I also do relaxing massages too! I can do Holidays, Weddings, and all events.
