- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our consultation fee is $250. Our hourly rates are $250 per hour with a one hour minimum and $300 per hour for court appearances. For Lawsuits (including family law), our fees begin with a $2,500 retainer required up front. We do offer Flat fees for uncontested divorces, probate, and will drafting. Payment plans are available for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with the client and answer questions and explain the process. Our intention is to make each client comfortable with us and the process. Once the client is comfortable, we proceed and keep the client informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a J.D. and an MBA. I have a license with the State Bar of Texas to practice law. We are required to take 15 hours of continuing education per year.
