I had a groundwater leak caused by clogged drains and downspouts in my front yard, which led to water seeping through the brick exterior and flooding my living room. The damage was extensive, including mold on the wall studs, drywall, and flooring.

Restore Aid Recovery was incredibly professional from start to finish. Their team did a fantastic job with the demolition—carefully removing all affected materials while keeping the rest of the house clean and undisturbed. They sealed off the living room with plastic sheeting to contain dust and debris, which I really appreciated.

They were thorough in cleaning up after the demo and promptly set up fans and a dehumidifier to begin drying out the space. What stood out the most was their attention to detail throughout the entire process. It gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

I highly recommend Restore Aid Recovery for their professionalism, cleanliness, and quality of work!

From Google

It happens to all of usdealing with houses built 20+ years ago that hold so much charm but also hidden problems. From leaks lurking inside the walls to issues under the foundation and in the attic, the battle between pressure and pipes can be overwhelming. Whether it's copper, plastic, or cast iron, they all have fittings and a million ways to connect, and unfortunately, they all leak. When a leak occurs, it can quickly turn into a disaster. These issues are often hidden and can catch you off guard. Water will find a way, and under pressure, it can cause significant damage. Often, we notice the problem when its too latewhen it breaks through.Act fast! Its essential to have a professional on speed dial, and thats where Restore Aid Recovery comes in. Unlike the typical "You're in good hands" or "Like a good neighbor," they truly deliver. They locate the source of the leak, fix it, dry out the affected areas, provide estimates for repairs, recommend rebuilding contractors, and assist with the insurance process.Restore Aid Recovery is the only friend youll need during such a crisis, and they definitely make a difference. As a satisfied client who had the pleasure of partnering with them, I can confidently say, "Bring in the fans! Dry it!"I highly recommend Restore Aid Recovery for their expertise and support during challenging times.
