- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe every great project starts with a great conversation. When working with a new customer, our process begins with a complimentary consultation—either in person or virtually—where we listen to your ideas, goals, and budget. From there, we assess the space (if applicable), discuss design options, and provide a clear estimate tailored to your vision. Once approved, we guide you through every phase: design and planning, material selection, permitting (if needed), and construction—all the way to the final walkthrough. We stay in close communication throughout the project to ensure everything is on time, on budget, and done right. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and exciting—from first sketch to final reveal.
