- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my prices are based on the job, the amount of time, and complexity, and involvement. I offer discounts for groups. Some initial consultation fees are charged as a credit to you if I'm your chosen vendor. Please inquire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to make contact with the client and setup an appointment for design and planning if this can't be accomplished on the phone. We work out the details of the project and the customer gives a deposit to book the event or service(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience (10-15 years) in: Cake decorating, interior design, makeup, listing and staging homes, gifts, linen, food, personal stylist, and image and wardrobe consultation *Coursework in all areas of expertise listed
