- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 50 dollar non refundable deposit when booking, which will be applied to the balance of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear idea of what the customer wants for their event and bring their vision to life. I also help new customers who aren’t quite sure what direction they would like to go with the bar for their event figure out what is best for them as well as their guests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in a restaurant at 14 and I have been in the service industry for 17 years! I have a deep love for bartending and customer experience.
