If you need a new AC/Heating unit, this is the company to choose! When my 1985 (yes, 1985) unit finally gave up the ghost, I called several companies for quotes. While one company was a bit less on the cost of the unit, deeper digging led me to realize that the slight difference was not a difference after all. The other company only provided a one year warranty for parts and labor. Prime AC and Heat offered 10 years for parts and labor for the unit I bought. The other company charged a service fee that varied depending upon the time of the year each time they had to come out, even if it was during the warranty period. Prime AC and Heat has no charge for service calls during the warranty period. It just took a few extra questions to realize that Prime AC and Heat had the absolute best prices overall. Price wasn't the only factor in my decision, though. Jorge was knowledgeable, patient with my countless questions, and extremely courteous. During installation, Jorge stopped by often to ensure all was going smoothly. Afterwards, we did a walkthrough and he answered, again, all of my questions. He led me through setting up the wi-fi thermostat on my computer, laptop, and at the thermostat. He helped me set up the schedule and made sure I was comfortable in using the thermostat. When I called a week later with a question, Jorge came out and responded quickly. I can't begin to tell you just how impressed I am with Jorge and Prime AC and Heat. The level of service is beyond anything I've ever experienced with any type of company. I have no doubt you will be just as happy with their service and prices as I am.

The best customer service I've had in a long time. Very quick service, great communication, honest and a great price. Customer service didn't stop after ac install, receive follow up contacts to make sure unit is still perfoming and we are treated like valued customers. Highly recommend to anyone.
