Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that the individual you were communicating with is an employee of my company and was sent to assist with your estimate. We worked promptly to provide multiple quote revisions based on your requests and remained professional throughout the process. During the appointment, while my employee was taking measurements, an incident occurred where you passed gas directly near him and laughed about it afterward. My employee felt the behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate while he was there trying to perform his job professionally. When I later addressed the situation respectfully after it was brought to my attention, communication unfortunately became uncomfortable and unproductive. We always strive to treat every client with professionalism and respect, and we expect the same consideration toward our team members while they are on-site providing service.
