What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Set up/tear down time on us! (2 hr minimum) We only charge from the time we start the event to finish. YES! I have signed contracts for all my events. We provide speakers, Lighting, (extra charges are added for video projector video music.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In Person meet and greet about the event, location address, music request, event plan, and contract with a minimum deposit to hold the date which will be deducted from the total. That's It. The set up time is on us. We only charge from the time we start the event to finish. YES! I have signed contracts for all my events.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Serato Live Music/Video Dj. I keep up to date with all the latest music upon request.
