- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to price jobs at a set price, this ensures the customer that the price will not change. Time and material jobs tend to be a bit more nerve racking to customers, and they usually arent happy when you hand them the bill at the end. So speaking about the job I good detail, and then saying what you can do the job for usually is the best approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give out alot of information, this ensures the customer of my skill level and comforts them to hire, and trust me to perform the tasks that they need completed at their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of on the job experience, and now I have a masters license.
