- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers need to know that Primo’s prices are just the best. We will love to let our customers know what they are getting charged for and why, a breach down is something usual and of course we always detail all of our estimates so that there are no surprises are any point in time. You will always be charge a fair price no matter if the project is big or small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Primo’s when we are working with a new customer we first like to make sure we understand what the customer is looking for, we make a conversation and of course we like to show our new customers our previous work so that he/she feels comfortable with the assurance that the project will be successful as they like it upon request. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at primo’s we make sure to train all of our employees. Our train experts go through an extensive training process to make sure once they are Working at any project they re performing at their 100% and the work is getting not just done but been done the most efficient way possible. Our specialist also go through classes so that they have licenses for the trade they perform. Practice also makes you an expert and we have more than 10 years experience specialist in the company making sure your work gets done properly. Can’t go wrong with primos ;)
