Bill and his team are awesome! They offer very reasonable price and get the job done well. He is very professional and explained me the process of cleaning the air duct. They open each duct and brush out all the dust all the way up. I could feel the air is much cleaner after. Highly recommended. Stay away from those quoted you $99 for basic duct cleaning since they just open one duct and vacuum with a giant vacuum. That is totally waste of money.

I asked if it would be possible to receive a free estimate since other vendors said they could and from the beginning of the conversation her responses have been very rude and says they are only able to replace all of the duct work, there is no such thing as cleaning organic growth that all other companies are lying. They said the reason I don’t want to hire them is because I’m “looking for free” and because “the second we hear the word mold all we think of are dollar signs”. I think costumer service is a key part in keeping a good business and wouldn’t hire them.
