- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and professional. First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs and inspect the property. Then I explain the best options, including proper gutter and downspout placement. Once we agree on the plan and pricing, I schedule the job and complete the installation safely and efficiently. After the job is finished, I do a final walkthrough to make sure everything works properly and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA 10 certified and prioritize safety, quality, and proper installation on every project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work because my dad and uncles did it. I grew up around it, learned the trade hands-on, and now I carry it on myself.
