Introduction: I have over 10 years experience in the field, which helps me create a more personal visualization on what to expect from the installation. What I promise is what I deliver and our customer's come first. Also I would like to add I am constantly taking courses to stay ahead of the curve and offer my clients the latest in technology. I like meeting new people and seeing all the different projects they have. It feels great when the customer gets excited to see the finished project; there TV's finially mounted or that great sounding system finally installed. I enjoy installing in all the different parts of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I really get to know the metroplex.

I've used Big D Audio video for 3 jobs now and they have delivered every time at a great price. The first time I used them was to hang my flat screens on the wall. They were half the price of the Best Buy squad, both for service and parts, they brought the hardware and wires needed, and they did an awesome job even re-routing some wires in the wall to make it work. I recently re-hired them to put in a home speaker system, including patio and pool speakers. They took care to try not to make a mess, trying to catch all the dust from the ceiling. They recommended the right speakers for the right price. They got it done quickly, and again for a good price. Plus Hector and crew are just genuine, honest and family people. I would and have recommended Hector and Big D to all my friends and family.

Big D Audio Video is the only company to call. They completed my outdoor entertaiment area and garage audio/video, electrical, lighting, and security camera installations. Excellent customer service, on time schedule, extremely clean install. They saw my vision of what I expected and made it even better than I could have imagined!! The best in their business, highly recommended.

Mounting was great, but the wire hiding (the real reason for hiring these guys) was terrible . Remounted and routed the wires behind the wall myself. Waist of money and time.

These guys were fantastic! We had our television mounted and it looks beautiful. they got it perfectly centered and contained all wires coming out of the wall very well! We will definitely be calling them back when we wire the house and patio for surround sound! I highly highly recommend, and am a pretty tough customer, so call these guys!

We specialize in Mounting TV's with a seamless and professional finish. We mount TV's on sheetrock, brick, tile, and stone walls. We can mount TV's above any type fireplace application. Our star package consits of wire conceal and electrical relocation behind the TV and this is our most popular installation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend getting alot of information, find an installer with lots of good reviews and pictures of work. Make sure the installer has a plan and explains in detail how he plans to get the job done.
