- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rates offered are reasonable to the job requested. You get high quality and detailed work. We do not do "surface" cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask the customer specific questions as to what they are looking for. Some customers want basic cleaning where others want detailed cleaning that they don't normally get to. We ask the customer what they want us to focus on while in the home, rather than tell the customer what we are going to clean. It should not be the cleaning service decision on what should and should not be cleaned in a customers home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done extensive research on cleaning methods and cleaning products, including making some of my own eco friendly products. Doing years of research into the cleaning business and methods have help educate myself on what the customer is looking for and how to provide it and Sunshine Cleaning Services is here to provide the highest quality service with a caring for the customer that is becoming extinct in the service industry.
