Miguel painted the exterior trim, gutters and over 35 wood windows/doors on our home. His communication during the entire project was outstanding. He always let us know what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. His pricing was very competitive and fair. His honesty is beyond reproach. For example, he found wood trim problems that we were not aware of and fixed them before he caulked/painted the wood. He could have just painted over the problem and we probably would have never noticed, but he ensured the work was done right. He takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We are very satisfied with the result! Our new paint job looks fantastic!

Miguel and his team did an excellent job for us. We had hired a different painter who did not show up. After I described my situation to Miguel, he accommodated us in his schedule and got our entire house (1st floor) painted. I am looking forward to my next project to get the cabinets painted next week.

Outstanding job from this team. They helped paint match my house and bring back the original satin finish. ALSO, it was no sweat when I asked to add a board and batten wall in my office. Great price and great work. I’ve added a few before and after photos. They did much more work in my home then what you see in the photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very good question but, all my prices vary, each project is different and require different quality of products. I have base prices but each one can vary according to the method, time and quality of product.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The day I agree with the client I let him know between what hours I can arrive, I discuss about the project, we make a projection of what we want to achieve, the materials we will use, the duration of days to finish the project, extra days if we have delays due to any inconvenience. it is always good to have a great communication and understanding about what we do, finally I make the invoice which I send through email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a very good experience about the processes of our services as well as the materials, I started from scratch and that has made me grow in what we are now, a company that offers a high quality of work, better solutions and understanding about the problems we solve. We have solved many problems of other companies and we explain to our clients what is the process we will do to solve it.
