I had an appointment with Don at 12. I drove to the job site to meet him at the designated time. Not only was he not there on time, he didn't bother to notify me he was running late. In this case, 45 minutes late. It was 103 degrees outside. The first indicator of professionalism is being on time. At the very least communicating any unforeseen circumstances with the customer. Neither of which happened.
