- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm offering the discount of $50 an hour, instead of the regular $75, for the next one to two residual clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out what his/her goals are for the engagement. Then I want to learn about their typical customer, next their ideal customer. Last I find out their unique selling proposition (USP). By asking a ton of questions, and being highly intuitive, I'm able to ascertain what needs to go in their Google Ads campaigns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Google Ads certified and have managed more than $20MM in spend over 15 years.
