FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are important to me. First contact is usually via email. This is where I ask for more specifics on the task at hand. Once I know exactly what the customer(s) expectations are, I will then verify by repeating back the work agreement, in writing. From there, we will set a time to speak by phone, and work out any details as far as pay. If applicable, I will take pictures of any and all receipts, objects, or any other part off my assigned work. The pictures can be useful, but will only be used until after the job is completed in full.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned a lot from professionals by calling tech support or the help desk for every question I wanted answered and every problem I wanted solved. I realized how relieved I was to be helped by these people and wanted to make others feel the same way. It's a good feeling to have all your devices working smoothly in the world we live in today.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Family, Friends, and even contributed to computer giants like Google and Microsoft by answering questions in the communities that I belong to.
