- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very upfront and honest about my pricing. The price over the phone is the price you pay when I arrive. I do not believe and the hook and switch tactic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 total years of experience in dryer vent cleaning itself.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a former firefighter for nearly 9 years. A lot of the fires were caused by clogged dryer vents. This was the motivation to start the business. To saves lives and protect property.
