We were so happy with Joshua! Very responsive, on time, professionalism, friendly, and knowledgable. He was able to come same day on a Saturday when a wall of outlets went out in my tenant's apartment (including hot water heater). He figured it out right away, ran to home depot and fixed it within hours. My husband -- who works in facility projects -- was super impressed. Absolutely will hire again.
