What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask if this is a one time thing or if the customer wants weekly or bi weekly maintenance. I then like to go see the state in which the yard is in and give an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught young from my dad and have always been around people that do these types of businesses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in my dad’s landscaping company at the age of 10. I then grew more wise in this type of work and now I am starting in my own business in which I have been at for a year now.
