Bella Casa Construction/Flo Builders did an amazing job installing tiles in my house. Even with the hurricane, their team was very responsive and punctual to get the work done. Had my 25-year-old and “dated” kitchen redone and hired “Bella Casa Construction / Flo Builders” to install my new ceramic flooring and backsplash. I am very happy with the work that was done and the professionalism of the crew. They were all polite, respectful and very talented tradesmen. The floor and backsplash came out great and these will be the same guys I will have to install my flooring in my dining room/living room later on in the year. Great experience!

Jose's crews were excellent. We had our guest bathroom gutted, which we did ourselves, and then built back up. The Sheetrock and tile work Painter's Crew, LLC did was excellent. A few times they asked to make sure what we wanted. As it turned out, their opinions were way better than ours! We are so glad we used these professionals. The job looks great and is done with excellence. The crew is courteous, clean, and hard working. We will use them again for sure.

We had worked with Jose and his team last year on a smaller project and, because we enjoyed working with him and were happy with the end results, we trusted Jose to use him again for a larger project - a kitchen renovation. What we did: We knocked down a kitchen bar and reinforced an overhead beam to expand the kitchen from what was 2 smaller rooms into what is now 1 large, open and airy kitchen. We didn't have a real pantry before (more like a broom closet), so Jose built us a ~4'x8' butler's pantry, which has crown molding, 2 cabinets, plenty of shelving, and 1 recessed light. Jose's Electrician installed recessed lighting and a new outlet for an island wine fridge. The island is ~8 ft long and centered so to merge both smaller rooms into 1 cohesive spacious room. Our original dishwasher placement was cramped when trying to unload dishes into the overhead cabinetry, so Jose's team was able to relocate the dishwasher 1 foot over and it has made a world of difference (it's the little things you have to live with everyday, you know?). Our old floor was replaced with porcelain tile with ~1/3 offsetting. Our baseboards have corner blocks throughout the house, and Jose's team was able to re-create the same style of corner blocks to be consistent with the rest of the style of the house. The attention to detail was very much appreciated and noticed. Jose recommended a cabinetry company to us, which we really liked and decided to purchase shaker cabinets from the company. When placing the cabinet handles, Jose was very accommodating and asked for my preference in placement of the cabinet handles. Since I have a bad lower back, Jose's team worked with me personally to install the handles where it is easy for me to grab, without my needing to bend over to reach for them (if you have a bad back too, you know how valuable this is!) The butler's pantry has dual pocket doors, which were a hassle to install, because the manufacturer sent us hardware incompatible with the design of the door. Jose worked with us to figure out what we need to do and he was able to drill a groove along the bottom of the doors so a guide can fit. I do not recommend purchasing doors from the company called United Porte (extremely unhelpful and rude; they could not care less and are expensive). Jose and his team arrived promptly at the same time everyday for the duration of the project and were communicative about any needs or issues. We have more projects around the house and would love to continue doing business with Jose and his team.
