I couldn't be more happy with A Fine Shine's service and results. I have quite a few family members visiting and wanted my carpets clean before they arrived. Roger's attention to details, and perfectionist-type approach, left my house looking (and smelling) great! I would definitely rehire.

While the initial quote wasn’t the cheapest, I decided to hire Roger at A Fine Shine because of his use of a cleaning machine that does so much more than the usual hot water extraction or even brushes used by others in the past have done. We had carpet that was 17 years old, with which a previous carpet cleaning company had not only failed to do an adequate cleaning job but put an excessive amount of soap on the carpet that left a sticky residue. Roger was not only able to extract some of that soap but also much of the ground in dirt and lift the carpet fibers that have been matted down for years. And now the carpet has several more years of use before it would have to be replaced. If we had someone like Roger taking care of our carpets on a regular basis from the beginning when new carpet was installed, I can only imagine how good the carpet would be over the lifetime of its use. I can speak very highly to his exceptional work ethic to do the job right and leave the job knowing the customer is highly satisfied with the outcome.

He came right over and cleaned 34 exterior Windows and a chandelier very quickly & efficiently. The price was excellent, service friendly, & made quick work of a project during the holidays that others had not been able to accomplish. I highly recommend!

I had not cleaned my home windows in years. These guys cleaned them so well - when I glance out the windows, I have to look twice to see if they are open or closed! No lie... they did an outstanding job.

I wanted my chairs reupholstered. They offered to clean them. That's not what I wanted because my chairs were in such bad shape. They were willing to come to my house the same day and show me what they could do, no service fee. I agreed. Well, sure enough, they were able to take out some of deep down stains left from years of abuse, so I agreed to let them finish the cleaning of all three chairs for $150. The fabric darkens with moisture, so it's a bit difficult to see what needs to be treated. After they left, and the chairs dried, one prominent area was still heavily soiled (see chair back pic), and there were some little stains. If that one big area was as clean as the rest, I would have given 5 stars. .... [UPDATE] They contacted me to come back another day to work on that chair some more. Indeed they did and now the fabric is cleaner, lighter, more uniform in color, so I have added the extra star!
