- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price includes the 1st 30 minutes of work. We can tell you what's wrong and perform the repair in some cases within the service call charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do progressive technical training offered by the local Suppliers and do 8 hrs of continuing code and energy training every year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am second generation in the HVAC field, following in my father's footsteps. Between the two of us we have 52 years of being in business.
