I contacted king and kidder to go look at a unit in a house that is currently occupied by tenants. The tenants have not been the most responsive or cooperative, but king and kidder has kept me posted on all of their communication. I hope to actually have them help me work on the HVAC soon!

Adam perhaps is one of the best AC techs out there. He’s an honest, transparent and God loving AC technician who does what is right by his customers. These traits are very rare find in most of AC techs out there. He not only quoted me the most cost effective price for fixing the problem but also took care of some other worn out parts, at cost, without charging me an arm and a leg. Impressed by his professionalism and honesty, I’ve given him the yearly maintenance contracts for all the AC units at my home.
