- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can quote many repairs or alterations over the phone and prefer to do so when possible as a free estimate. We would just need to talk to you for about 5 minutes to ask some general questions in most cases. After years of experience we understand the general burdens and requirements for each era of construction- the way abuilding was put together in the 50's-60's would be very different from 2000-2010.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All licensed electricians are required to complete annual continuing education to maintain their license.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
First google us; Carroll Service Co Keller - we have a great reputation! We do service work- repairs and alterations to existing buildings. We do new construction also, however our main focus is troubleshooting, repairs, and alterations to existing electrical systems.
