Most of what we do as electricians will last 30-50 years on average. The knowledge that our work will last that long is very satisfying. I can't think of too many things one can buy today with that kind of life expectancy. Electricity is a complete mystery to most people and thus feelings of fear and anxiety accompany electrical problems. We enjoy resolving electrical issues for people and explaining what/why events have occurred. While we usually discuss ways to make a home or business electrically safe we do not employ high pressure/fear pressure sales tactics. Our method of doing business usually leaves people refreshed about their home, their electrical system, and their new go to electricians.

Electrician Tony came to replace and install a new ceiling fan. He was courteous and speedy. He noticed that my ceiling fan had a separate hook up for the light and fan, so he was able to add a switch on my wall so that I could turn them off and on separately. Would not have thought of it and so glad it was suggested!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can quote many repairs or alterations over the phone and prefer to do so when possible as a free estimate. We would just need to talk to you for about 5 minutes to ask some general questions in most cases. After years of experience we understand the general burdens and requirements for each era of construction- the way abuilding was put together in the 50's-60's would be very different from 2000-2010.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All licensed electricians are required to complete annual continuing education to maintain their license.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First google us; Carroll Service Co Keller - we have a great reputation! We do service work- repairs and alterations to existing buildings. We do new construction also, however our main focus is troubleshooting, repairs, and alterations to existing electrical systems.
