Awesome to work with. Due to my job relocating, we were unable to complete the project, but I was able to get the engineered plan. He looked for ways to save me cash. Great person!

Mr Yang reinstalled faulty roof supports in my attic and corrected the sagging roof peak that could have caused a big problem if left to deteriorate. Now everything is straight and level and strong. He knows his trade and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing honest reliable and excellent workmanship on their home maintenance or new construction. Will be hiring him again to frame and build a large addition planned for beginning of next year. He will also build new Cedar privacy fence with a concrete base in my back yard. Very capable and reliable excellent professionalism! G Broussard Arl; TX

Five star was able to reframe a load bearing wall to open space up in my fixer upper. Also, they replaced two other beans and made sure they were all uniform. They do good work for a fair price, I highly recommend them.

Chong was awesome. He and Chris arrived on time and fully prepared. His quote was exactly what he charged me. No surprises! They took the time to make sure the job was done well so it will last for years to come. They completely cleaned up their work area so it’s like they hadn’t even been here. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They also helped me find my car keys after I had forgotten where I put them. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Renovations.

Five Star Renovations built a covered patio that tied into the existing roof of my house and it looks like it was built with the house. The guys did great job and continually strived for a flawless product. They cleaned the site on a daily basis and treated my home with great respect. They repainted my house and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use his service again. Chong will not leave until you are satisfied.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different in terms of difficulty, design, and material selection so it varies from project to project. However, competitive pricing is what we ensure to achieve with each project we quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initially meet with the customer face to face to get a solid understanding of the desired outcome of the project.
2. Discuss various cost savings options, if available.
3. Understand the budget which the customer is willing to invest into the project ensuring that objective can be met without sacrificing quality.
4. Discuss and define design plans and then provide a written quote/contract reflecting agreement.
5. Discuss and determine a good start date for my customers and propose a completion date with detailed explanations for each phase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years in mechanical engineering and project management. 11+ years in commercial/residential design and construction.
