Traveling Chef

Introduction: Traveling Chef is a unique dining option which allows you to secure the services of a professional chef to assist in making your event memorable and seamless. Chef Michael will cater to any culinary need, private party, wedding, business social or holiday gathering. We feature custom hors d oeuvres, plated entrées, buffet and private nutritional meal planning. Typically, our clients call and are looking to host a small, private affair. Chef Michael will arrive and prepare the meal on-site while your friends and colleagues rave over the exclusive service. Some clients prefer a more discrete option of preparing the items themselves, in which case, Chef Michael and the client will work together to design a menu that the client brings to service after some strategic preparation by Chef Michael. One of the other unique features of the Traveling Chef is hosting cooking lesson parties. With this venue, clients plan a menu with the help of Chef Michael and host the party amongst their guest where Chef Michael provides instruction on preparing the meal.
