- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, HCA charges by per square footage of the customers home, fixed rate or hourly. It subjects pricing to change by condition, extra add ONS and square footage is more footage than told prior to booking or afterwards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning the customer's dislikes and likes is the absolute key. Connecting with your customers having that good vibe. Being trustworthy and reliable. Acknowledging completing the customer's request, being reliable. Go that EXTRA mile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Tamika Compton have a Business Entrepreneurship Diploma. I have accomplished having a Green Cleaning certificate; also for blood pathogens an affiliate with Toastmasters International and volunteered for The Way Back House and further more.
