- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system includes charging by the square foot for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the time to explain our company procedures with regards to the request of services in full to avoid any misunderstandings. If there is ever any questions, I will answer them to the fullest of my abilities. There is no project to big or to small for Color Switch Painting. We as homeowners understand how important and valuable your home is to you. We also like to take time to talk to our customers to understand their budget. We try to take the time to work with customers and will oftentimes negotiate a price that is comfortable for us and them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have fifteen years of construction experience with a focus on electrical work in residential and commercial building. I also have seven years of heavy highway experience with a focus on Traffic Management. I am an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer in Construction. Having this certification gives me the knowledge to understand safety procedures which will aid me in keeping not only myself safe, but my customers as well.
