Jennifer did exactly as she promised and then some! She was prompt in her arrival (*we have a Ring door bell that noted her entrance/exit times) and spent a lot of quality time with my cat! I received a text message w/ photo as discussed and to my surprise, a "report card" of how my kitty did while I was gone. (Yay for an A+!) I will definitely plan on hiring her in the future and recommend that everyone needing quality pet sitting services consider her for their future plans!Nov 10, 2017
Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She is very sweet, professional, trustworthy and took great care of my cat. She went above and beyond and did extra things that she wasn't asked to do on her own accord. She is definitely our new caretaker and I woukd recommend her to anyone.Jul 25, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $25 per visit and a typical visit is 30 minutes. At this time, due to the care I need to provide my own elderly pets, I am unable to do any overnight stay overs and I can’t board any pets at my house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically like to meet the customer and their pets at least a day before the job so we can go over the details of the visit. I always feel the customer is more at ease when they can see who it is taking care of their fur babies and they can ask me any questions they may have. I also want to make sure the pets have met me to ensure they are comfortable with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Of course, I've grown up around dogs and cats all of my life but I have also worked in the vet industry for 10 years. In that time, I have assisted vets and their technicians with treatment and care for dogs and cats. I've taken care of boarding dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, iguanas, chinchillas, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils and fish. I've also worked at a horseback riding school when I was in high school. At that time, I was caring for horses and goats. I can care for just about any animal, but I'm not comfortable around spiders and snakes....no offense to the spiders and snakes!
