- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love affair with photos, but never thought to get a proper DSLR camera until marrying my husband. He bought my first Canon as a birthday gift, and after a few classes, I FELL IN LOVE. A skill of fundamentals that requires an artistic eye and internal creativity. A great option for someone who has the artistic inclination, but no ability to draw or paint. After diving deeper into the craft of photography though, I realize is it a true and honest SKILL. Experience and application mixed with some ambition and conviction, a phenomenal product is born. Digital photography is one of the top 10 best creations of the 20th century. Hands down.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do it all. No, WE, do it all. Whatever you want, I can make it happen. If I can't, my husband can. We are a TRUE team. Literally, anything you want!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a shoot of a 1980's Shovelhead Harley for a friend. These photos will be used in a future magazine article. I've taken photos of my husband's bike, and everyone loved them, but I was still slightly leery about whether or not I could capture what he was looking for... But of course! They were a HUGE success and he loved them. I can't wait to see which photos get published!
